The policies that govern enrolment, attendance, refunds, and conduct at Ebright Public Speaking.
By enrolling in any Ebright programme, the parent or guardian agrees to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully.
Ebright prioritises child safety. Parents must explicitly consent if a child is permitted to leave class independently (without being picked up by a parent or guardian). Once a child is released from class, they are no longer under the supervision of Ebright staff.
Ebright Sdn. Bhd., its staff, and its affiliates will not be held responsible for any incidents or accidents that may occur once your child has been released from class. Parents accept full responsibility for the child's safety and conduct after dismissal.
By enrolling your child, you grant Ebright permission to photograph or record your child during classes, showcases and other Ebright events, and to use those images and recordings on our official social media platforms (including Facebook and Instagram), our website, and our marketing materials.
We respect your privacy and assure you that your child's name will not be publicly disclosed without prior additional consent.
Ebright offers a money-back guarantee on the first six lessons of a new student's first term. If you are not satisfied after attending all six classes, you may request a refund.
A new Term 1 student who completes week 6 and requests a refund: full refund minus the RM100 materials fee — approximately RM780 from a RM880 payment.
Unused credits remaining after the eligibility period are forfeited. For any scenario not explicitly covered above, Ebright reserves the right to apply reasonable discretion.
Replacement-class requests must be submitted via the AOne app at least two (2) days before the class date. Subject to availability, students may attend additional classes within the same week if the topic and group fit, and the student is comfortable doing so.
All replacement classes must be completed within the same package term's validity. Replacement classes cannot be carried out across different branches. Regular weekly attendance at the home branch is encouraged.
Students may freeze their enrolment for valid reasons such as holidays, exam preparation, travel, or health concerns. Freezes are subject to the following:
Ebright may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page and, where relevant, communicated to enrolled families.
